How do I make multiple bookings at the same time?
The number of purchases you can make per day is limited, however multiple journeys can be booked as part of the same transaction.

Why do I have to select a specific train when booking a ticket for Gatwick Express?
The new ticket booking website that we now use does require customers to specify the train(s) they intend to travel on for their journey so that we can be sure to sell a ticket that is valid for travel. We know this is less relevant for the ticket types available on the Gatwick Express and we will be removing this requirement later this year. In the case of an Anytime ticket, this ticket type is valid for travel at any time and the return portion of an anytime return is valid for return travel within 1 calendar month.

I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?
If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can log in to My Account on our new way to buy online and view your booking online, or if you require further assistance, please contact us via the webform

What address should I enter as my billing address?
Your billing address should be the address held by your bank or card provider. As all transactions on this site are put through Address Verification checks, this address should match exactly the information they hold.

What is the minimum transaction your website will accept?
There is no minimum transaction. - ie £0.00.

How do I find my booking reference?
A booking reference is sent out in the confirmation email you receive when you have made a booking.

To access your reference, log in to your account. This shows all the bookings you have made, with your booking reference numbers.
