How do I make multiple bookings at the same time?
The number of purchases you can make per day is limited, however multiple journeys can be booked as part of the same transaction.

To book an additional journey or journeys, select the "Book another journey" option on the Delivery Details screen.

How do I print the booking confirmation page on completion of my transaction?
If you wish to print off a copy of the confirmation page on completion of your booking, you should use the "print this page" option shown at the top right hand side of the page.

If you use your browsers print option, you may find that parts of the page are missing, or everything shown on the screen is printed.

An "email this page" option is also offered and can be used to pass a copy of your confirmation on to others who may be travelling.

I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?
If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can re-create your confirmation by logging on to My Account on our Online Booking System and following the steps below:

  • View "My Bookings" select "View Booking" for the relevant ticket or transaction
  • Select "Full Details"
  • Click "email this page" and enter the email address you would like confirmation sent to

What address should I enter as my billing address?
Your billing address should be the address held by your bank or card provider. As all transactions on this site are put through Address Verification checks, this address should match exactly the information they hold.

What is the minimum transaction your website will accept?
There is no minimum transaction. - ie £0.00.

What should I do if I think I have been doubled charged?
If you appear to have been charged twice for one set of tickets please contact us via the webform on our Online Booking System.

How do I find my booking reference?
A booking reference consists of 8 alpha-numerical characters. It is sent out in the confirmation email you receive when you have made a booking.

To access your reference, log into Your Account on our Online Booking Engine then click 'Check my order status'. This shows all the bookings you have made. The booking reference number is at the top of this page.
