How can I unsubscribe
Login to your account, select My/Your Account, update your preferences under the 'Personal Details' section.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to the online booking system and click the 'sign in' button. when the page refreshes enter your email address in the box and click 'reset password'.

An email will be sent to you with a temporary password and a temporary link which you MUST use in order to reset your password.

The temporary password in the email will not work on any other page.

You must ensure you click on the link provided then enter the temporary password and a new password (twice). This resets the password, and you must then log in (as normal), using the new password.

Please note both the password and URL will expire in 24 hours. If you get there too late click on 'Forgotten Password' again

What is my username?
Your username is your email address that you registered with. If you are having trouble logging in please check that you are using the same email address that you registered with and that you are inputting the correct password. If you have forgotten your password please use the 'forgotten password' option.

How do I register and book online if I live outside the UK?
Our website allows customers outside the UK to register with us and purchase tickets. We are unable to deliver overseas, however you will be given the option to select the e-ticket delivery option enabling you to print the ticket at home.

I no longer wish to receive email communication from your website. What should I do?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us then log into Your Account on our Online Booking System, then select Subscriptions and uncheck the appropriate check boxes.

How do I register as a customer on your website?
You can register with our Online Booking System (www.gatwickexpress.com) where you can purchase tickets fast and easy online. You can also save your favourite journeys, track and amend your bookings as well as view your previous bookings. Plus, you can opt in to receive the latest service updates and news from Southern and Gatwick Express and have access to special offers & discounts.

I'm having trouble logging into my online account. My login details aren't accepted
If you are having trouble logging into your account please ensure you are using the correct username and password.

To login use the login box on the website, this will take you to the 'Your Account' page. From there you can either login or, if you are a new customer, register with us.

The username for the online booking system is the email address you registered with.
