Step by step guide

Your guide to Express Tracks in just three easy steps

  1. Book your ticket
  2. Download a track
  3. Transfer track to your mobile

1 - Book your Gatwick Express ticket

  • Go to gatwickexpress.com
  • Log into your account
  • Select your London Victoria to Gatwick Airport journey and click book your ticket
  • Upon receipt of your booking confirmation email click on the Express Tracks banner to go to the Express Tracks download site 

2 - Download an Express Track

Please note: you must download the track to your computer

  • Choose your track
  • Enter your first and last names, and email address (mandatory)
  • Enter your mobile phone number if you wish to receive marketing via your phone (optional)
  • Please read the terms and conditions, and then check the box
  • Enter the Captcha code into the text box
  • Download your selected track 
  • Once downloaded you can transfer the track to a mobile device. More information is provided below on how to transfer the track to your mobile. 
  • When you arrive at London Victoria and get on the Gatwick Express, sit down and get ready to press play as soon as the train rolls out of the station

3 - How to transfer an Express Track to your mobile device

Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod

  • Open iTunes
  • If the file has not dropped into iTunes automatically, navigate to the local folder containing the file and drag and drop it into iTunes
  • Connect your device to your computer
  • Sync your device with iTunes to transfer the track, or drag the file onto your device

Blackberry phone

  • Connect your Blackberry to your computer using the Blackberry USB cable
  • If you’re using the Blackberry Curve, ensure Mass Storage is enabled
  • Navigate to the local folder containing the file
  • Right click on the file
  • Scroll down to ‘Send to…’, then scroll again to ‘Removable disk…’ and select (this may also say Blackberry drive)
  • The file will then transfer to the Media folder on your Blackberry phone

Blackberry tablet

You will need to have already installed BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer. If you need to download the software please follow the link below:

Once installed, connect the Playbook to your computer using the USB cable and follow the on-screen setup for the Desktop Software application.


Android phone
