Complementary No.1 Traveller Airport Lounge Entry Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only redeemable for customers that have purchased a Gatwick Express (Any Permitted) First Class Return ticket online at gatwickexpress.com or smartrailwaytravel.com.
2. To gain entry to the No.1 Traveller Airport Lounge the Gatwick Express or Smart Railway Travel Email Booking Confirmation & Receipt must be shown. Without the Email Booking Confirmation & Receipt you will be refused entry to the Airport Lounge. Please note that the Email Booking Confirmation & Receipt is not your Gatwick Express train ticket.
3. This offer is not valid for First Class Single, First Class Group Return, First Class Carnet and First Class Day Return tickets purchased online or at other locations.
4. This offer is not valid for Gatwick Express (Any Permitted) Express Class (Standard Class) ticket types.
5. This offer applies to 1 complimentary entry for each First Class Return Ticket purchased online at gatwickexpress.com or smartrailwaytravel.com.
6. This offer is open for both Adult and Children. A child is deemed to be under age of 15, as per the Rail Ticket.
7. First Class Return travel may start at either Gatwick Airport or London Victoria.
8. Entry into a No.1 Airport Lounge is subject to their conditions of entry.
9. Opening hours are from 4am-10pm. Families may be asked to use designated seating areas in consideration of other guests.
10. Free Airport Lounge entry refers to the entry fee into No.1 Traveller Airport Lounge at either North or South Terminal in Gatwick Airport Departures. Each lounge booking includes a 3-hour stay. Additional hours can be purchased at £5 per person, per hour.
11. The customer must supply Full Name, Gatwick Express Confirmation Number and Email Address to gain entry to the Airport Lounge, as well as passport identification (or relevant travel documentation).
12. No other Airport Lounges at Gatwick Airport are participating in this offer.
13. This offer cannot be used with any other train company special offers.
14. Gatwick Express reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at anytime and without notice.
15. Gatwick Express or No.1 Traveller Airport Lounge is not responsible for non-redemption of the Free Airport Lounge entry for what ever reason. The offer is not exchangeable for any other offer. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
