Gatwick Express Print at Home Ticket
Print at Home is an e-ticket option that is printed by the customer.
If you select print at home and your booking has been confirmed, a PDF ticket will be sent as an attachment, with an individual page for a Single ticket or two pages for a Return ticket (one for the outward journey and one for the return journey) for each named passenger. This must be printed by the customer on plain white A4 paper prior to making your journey.
The email confirmation is NOT your Gatwick Express train ticket. You need to open the attached PDF tickets from the email confirmation and print these off.
The PDF Print at Home tickets all have a unique barcode on them. This barcode will be scanned at the ticket gate-line.
Only select Print at Home if you are going to travel on Gatwick Express services between Gatwick Airport and London Victoria. Print at Home tickets are not valid for use on any other train operator.
Selecting ID for print at home
A valid form of ID is required issued in the name of the person holding the ticket. This can be in the form of a credit/debit card, driving licence or passport. This must be presented if requested by gate-line staff or a ticket inspector.
