Print at Home
Print at Home is an e-ticket option that is printed by the customer.
If you select print at home and your booking has been confirmed, a PDF ticket will be sent as an attachment, with an individual page/ticket for each named passenger. This must be printed by the customer on plain white A4 paper prior to making your journey.
The email confirmation is NOT your Gatwick Express train ticket. You need to open the attached PDF tickets from the email confirmation and print these off.
The PDF Print at Home tickets have a unique barcode on them. This barcode will be scanned at the ticket gates or on the train by a member of staff to validate the ticket.
Only select Print at Home if you are going to travel on Gatwick Express services between Gatwick Airport and London Victoria. Print at Home tickets are not valid for use on any other train operator.
