You may not have more than 9 passengers in total

You may not have more than 9 railcards

How refunds are paid

How your refund is paid back to you is dependent on how you paid for your ticket originally. Please see the table below.

If you paid for your ticket by: You will be refunded by:
Cash Cash or cheque at the discretion of the Train Company or travel agent. Any immediate refund (as stated above) will be made in cash where Gatwick Express are in a position to do so.
Cheque Cash or cheque (which could include the return of your cheque) at the discretion of Gatwick Express and dependant on whether the cheque has been processed
Credit or Debit Card Issue of a credit voucher and credit to the relevant account.
Rail Travel Warrant Credit to the relevant warrant account.
Rail Travel Voucher (For Delay Repay) Vouchers of equivalent value or cash at the discretion of Gatwick Express. Any immediate refund (as stated above) will be made in cash where Gatwick Express are in a position to do so.

Please be aware that under money laundering legislation we are obligated to make any refund back to the account and in the format that payment was originally made in.
