Season tickets

Make the most of your time and money with a Gatwick Express Season Ticket.

Regular travellers enjoy even greater convenience - with greatly reduced fares - when buying a Gatwick Express season ticket. Plus, there are savings on Travelcards for the Underground, trains and most buses available too.

Choose a ticket that suits you best:

Weekly
With savings of over £104.50 on five Standard Return fares, weekly season tickets are valid at anytime for seven days after you've bought it.

Monthly
The longer the period you choose, the more you save - these great value season tickets are available for a minimum of one calendar month.

Annual
You get the guaranteed maximum discount available to our customers over a year.

What to do if...

Your ticket is lost or stolen
You will need to apply for a duplicate season ticket. To do this, you should go to any staffed Gatwick Express or Southern station and ask the ticket office member to provide you with a duplicate season ticket application form. You should then send this form, along with a cheque or postal order for £20.00, to our Duplicates Office for processing. Please note: If the Photocard has also been lost, you will need to bring a new passport-sized photograph so you can be provided with a new Photocard.

We aim to process all applications within one week but if we need to check anything, it can sometimes take two or more weeks. Whilst you are waiting for your application to be approved, you should buy and keep weekly tickets for your journey. If your application is approved, you can take these tickets (not receipts) back to the ticket office for a full refund.

If you purchased your ticket through a third party, please contact the retailer for more details.

Your ticket is damaged or doesn’t work
We’ll give you a free replacement at the ticket office where we issued the original ticket.

You leave your ticket at home
If your ticket is for over a month or more, you have to buy the appropriate ticket to cover the journey you’re taking. Refunds may be available on all or part of the return fare, for the first two occasions you forget your ticket in a 12-month period.

You’ll need to keep the tickets you buy for when you claim your refund - proof of purchase is not enough. You should make your claim for a refund within 28 days of travel, at the office where you bought your season ticket.
