More ways of buying your ticket

We want to make travel easier for you. That’s why we are introducing more and more ways for you to buy your ticket.

Buying online at gatwickexpress.com always offers the best deal, and the ticket gates will soon accept print@home e-tickets and mobile tickets purchased from the website. In the meantime, Gatwick Express Customer Service Hosts will be on hand with their barcode scanners to read barcoded online tickets.

Additional ticket vending machines (TVMs) are being installed at Gatwick Airport and Victoria stations, and you will be able to buy tickets at every entrance.

Other places you can buy your tickets include in-flight and online with airlines, including easyJet, departure lounges in many European airports and at currency exchange desks in Gatwick Airport arrivals.

In the near future, we will also be looking to introduce smartcard technology, a mobile app and the opportunity to purchase your Gatwick Express tickets in the baggage reclaim or airport arrivals from Gatwick Express staff.
