Questions, complaints or concerns about our services? Join us for our next Meet the Manager session for your chance to speak directly to the senior managers and directors in charge of the Gatwick Express network

Your chance to speak to our senior management team

Our core Meet the Manager sessions take place at London stations during the morning peak from 07:30 to 09:30 unless stated otherwise. In response to customer requests, we have also added some evening peak sessions which will take place from 16:30 to 18:30.

  • London Victoria station on Thursday 21 May from 07:30 - 09:30

Key Smartcard

Our Retail team were in attendance to introduce our new look Key Smartcard and answer any customer questions on the product.

Barnham & Lewes engineering works

Major improvement works are taking place in the West Coastway and Lewes areas in October and November.

The Barnham to Havant improvement work (West Coastway) is an initial nine day closure, Saturday 26 October to Sunday 3 November, plus several weekends. Further information is available at

Victoria station

One Team Victoria representatives were on hand to talk about how staff at the station from Network Rail, Southern, SouthEastern and Gatwick Express are working together the provide a seamless customer experience at the station. Look out for the purple uniforms being worn by everyone at the station.

New ticket machines are due on the Kent side concourse soon, as well as 2 new Info Pods which we hope will be in situ by the end of the year. This will enable Team Victoria to provide better information to our customers by having improved technology in the pods.
