The accessible toilets are located within the Booking Hall; the key is available from staff at the Booking Office. The toilet facilities are available: Monday - Thursday 06:15-13:00, Friday 06:15-18:00, Saturday 08:00-16:00 and Sunday 10:00-13:00. The toilet facilities are not available when the Ticket Office is closed.

In the event of engineering the bus/coach will collect from: Picks up/sets down on Oldbury Road immediately in front of the station entrance at the public service bus stop for both directions.
