Step-free category B Station - There is step free access to both Platforms via ramps up to 1:14 gradient. Interchange between platforms is via a footbridge or using the ramps at the end of the platforms and using the level crossing.

You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey when travelling on South Western Railway. Planning in advance isn't always possible so do not worry if you haven't booked - please make yourself known to the Guard, who will step out onto the platform when the train arrives.
