Other transport
Rail replacement bus services stop near the station entrance, either side of the level crossing. Customers requiring accessible rail replacement transport are advised to use Newmarket, Cambridge, or Cambridge North stations.

This station has step free access to both platforms from Station Road, with approximately 10-15 metres between the two entrances which are either side of the level crossing. However the height and width of the platforms at this station make it unsuitable for a boarding ramp.
