Luggage
Here’s everything you need to know about bringing luggage on board Gatwick Express, including details about bags on trains, step-free access and how to get help if you’re a disabled passenger.
Bringing bags with you
We know not everyone packs light. That’s why we offer:
- dedicated luggage racks in every carriage
- under-seat storage
- double doors with extra space around them to help you get on and off the train with luggage
While Gatwick Airport Station is entirely step-free, London Victoria is not, so please keep this in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage.
Luggage delivery & check-in
Using Gatwick Express but don’t want to travel with your bags? Our partner AirPortr offers same-day luggage delivery both to and from Gatwick, meaning you don't have to plan your day around your bags. If you're flying out of Gatwick, they'll even check-in your bags for you so that you can skip the check-in queues and head straight to security.
When you travel with Gatwick Express, you can enjoy 10% off AirPortr delivery to or from the airport.
Help with luggage if you're disabled
We can help you with your luggage if your'e disabled.
