Park, pick someone up or drop them off
There are drop-off and pick-up points with dropped kerbs not far from the station entrance. There are also car parks at Gatwick Airport, London Victoria and Brighton stations.
While most stations have dropped kerbs and step-free access to the platform, not all do. If you find it hard to get around then it’s worth checking out accessibility facilities at the station to see if your station offers step-free access.
Car parks and disabled drivers
Most of our car parks have spaces set aside for disabled drivers with Blue Badges. These spaces are usually the ones closest to the station entrance. Parking is free if you have a Blue Badge. You can also park in any of the other parking bays for free, so long as you display your badge.
Help getting from the car to the train
We can give you a hand getting to your train from the drop-off point or car park if you’re disabled. It’s a good idea to book assisted travel in advance so we can make sure someone is available to help you.
