Cancellations to Gatwick Express Services

Due to a broken rail between Gatwick Airport and East Croydon Gatwick Express services will be suspended until 16:30. This is to enable Network Rail engineers access to the site so urgent repairs can take place.   We are sorry for the disruption to your journey today and any inconvenience this may cause.  Southern and Thameslink services will still be stopping at Gatwick Airport to assist you with your journey.

Company information

Gatwick Express and Southern join Great Northern and Thameslink

On 26 July 2015, Gatwick Express and Southern joined Great Northern and Thameslink to operate under one company, Govia Thameslink Railway.

The people and staff you deal with hasn’t changed and the brands you’re familiar with of Southern, Gatwick Express, Thameslink and Great Northern will stay the same.

In fact, please rest assured: you won’t have to do anything different to continue travelling with us – tickets, stations and trains do not suddenly change on day one.
